Partner & Connector Program – jenX Global Partners

The jenX Partner & Connector Program gives trusted professionals, consultants, and business owners a way to earn ongoing income by referring qualified clients to jenX Global Partners. We reward introductions that help us expand our mission—empowering entrepreneurs and teams through Human + AI collaboration.

Partners earn $100 per month per active VA placement, paid quarterly, for as long as the referred client stays active. Participation is open to approved individuals and organizations that align with our ethical standards and brand values.

These Terms outline how individuals or organizations can earn rewards by referring qualified clients to jenX Global Partners. For the full, legally binding version, click the button at the bottom of this page.

🟧 1. Program Overview

The jenX Partner & Connector Program rewards approved individuals and businesses who introduce qualified prospective clients to jenX. Enrollment or participation constitutes agreement to these Terms.

🟧 2. Eligibility & Participation

Participation is open to approved individuals or organizations of legal age. Partners act as independent referrers – not employees, agents, or representatives – and self-referrals are not eligible.

🟧 3. Qualified Referrals

A qualified referral is a prospect not already in jenX’s CRM who signs a contract for a full-time VA placement and remains an active client. Referrals must convert within six months and are subject to jenX’s final verification records.

🟧 4. Compensation

Partners earn US $100 per month per Virtual Assistant for each active, qualified placement. Payments are issued quarterly (approximately April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15) via ACH. Rewards stop if a client cancels or pauses, and minimum payout is $100. Funds unclaimed after six months revert to jenX.

🟧 5. Tax Compliance

Partners are independent contractors and responsible for their own taxes. jenX collects W-9 or W-8 forms once annual earnings reach $600 (or equivalent international threshold) and issues Form 1099-NEC as required by law.

🟧 6. Brand Use & Representation

Partners may not use jenX logos or speak on behalf of jenX without written approval. All authorized brand use must follow official guidelines and benefits jenX exclusively.

🟧 7. Non-Solicitation & Ethical Conduct

Partners must act ethically, avoid spam or false claims, and may not solicit jenX staff or clients for competitors. Violations result in immediate termination.

🟧 8. Program Administration & Verification

jenX may audit records and verify referrals for accuracy or fraud. Partners must cooperate reasonably with any compliance review. Program earnings and accounts are non-transferable.

🟧 9. Modification & Grandfathering

jenX may update or pause the Program with 30 days’ notice by email or website posting. Earned rewards remain honored, and existing Partners may retain prior terms under “grandfathered” status.

🟧 10. Termination

Either party may end participation with 30 days’ notice. jenX may terminate immediately for breach, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct. Earned but unpaid rewards remain payable.

🟧 11. Confidentiality & Privacy

All shared data is processed per the jenX Privacy Policy. Partners must keep non-public information confidential and secure. International data may be processed in the U.S. under lawful transfer mechanisms.

🟧 12. Limitation of Liability

jenX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the previous 12 months’ referral payments. No claims for lost profits or punitive damages are permitted.

🟧 13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes are governed by Texas law and resolved first through mediation, then binding arbitration in Bexar County under AAA rules. The prevailing party may recover attorney fees and costs.

🟧 14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. Invalid provisions don’t void the rest. Notices are sent electronically, and neither party is liable for delays beyond reasonable control (e.g., disasters or outages).

🟧 15. Acceptance of Terms

Submitting a referral or participating in the Program signifies agreement to the current version of these Terms, including any future updates.
